Popular Nigerian Singer, Abinye David Jumbo, AKA Mr 2Kay, was yesterday robbed at gun point in his hotel room at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos. Mr 2kay was attacked alongside a friend by four gunmen during the Buckwyld and Breathless concert where he had performed. Confirming the incident, his Manager, James Silas, of Grafton Record took to Instagram, saying the incident happened at about 11pm on Sunday, October 22, 2017, during the Buckwyld and Breathless concert where he also performed. He said ‘’The robbers, 4 in number, gained access into Mr. 2Kay’s room after he mistook one of them for room service. France-based Nigerian singer, Bukola Elemide, popularly known as Asa has revealed why she waited to have sex at 28. The ‘Jailer’ crooner while talking about her private life in an interview with Funmi Iyanda said she was a late starter with sex as was shy growing up and too focused on her career. She said her preference in men kept changing, although she compromised as she grew older. She said, ‘’After noticing there was a problem, I called my manager, Janet to tell her about my virginity and she was surprised that I was a very late starter. Nigerian singer, Olawale Brymo has described himself as the ‘best thing to happen to Nigerian music industry.’ The musician also said he would not let Nigerians wait until he dies before his status was accepted. Brymo, who came to limelight seven years ago when he featured on ‘Oleku’ by rapper Ice Prince, made the statement via his Twitter account.
